Conveyor Diagnostic International has a specially formulated belt monitoring system and belt analyst software, built in-house and utilising knowledge from years of experience in the industry.

The ‘Belt Check’ software allows for internal examination of the belt carcass to be mapped and the structural integrity of the system as a whole to be quantified.

Our continuous belt tracker gives operators much tighter control over financing by enabling them to recognise potential trouble spots and take action before costly, unnecessary damage occurs.

Our belt scanning services include:

• Belt Check Monitoring – continuous monitoring systems and services for early detection of cord strand breaks, cord corrosion, carcass defects and splice failure. We’ve developed different services and programs to fit what our customer needs.




• Belt Check (Manual Scan) – this involves a trained technician to travel to the site and perform a full longitudinal belt scan. Requiring two to six hours of belt isolation, the scanning service can be carried out in two full days depending on the length and amount of damage. A detailed report is compiled off-site to identify all locations of damage within the scanned belt and will recommend repairs in order of priority.




• Belt Check Appointed Monitoring Systems – The Belt Check Appointed system is installed permanently on the conveyor system allowing our technicians to attend site and download data without affecting production. The appointed system is specifically designed to suit each conveyor and is installed to allow the technician to plug in and download while remaining outside of the guarding.




• Belt Check – Remote Conveyor Belt Monitoring System – The Conveyor Diagnostic International Remote Conveyor Belt Monitoring System is a purpose built and installed conveyor diagnostic tool, designed for the analysis of splice condition, cord damage and cord corrosion without the need to stop production on a steel cord conveyor system. Remote monitoring capability enables customers to request scanning at any given time. Conveyor Diagnostic International technicians log in via an internet connection and download the data, removing the need for a site visit.
