Established in 2012, Conveyor Diagnostics International is an independent, Australian-owned company with global operations.
At Conveyor Diagnostics, we understand the critical role conveyor belts play in mining and port operations, and we are committed to prolonging their lifespan, longevity and efficiency.
Director Ben Cole’s career in Non-Destructive Testing ignited his passion for understanding conveyor belt operations inside and out and he continued to bring fresh ideas and innovations in extending the longevity of conveyor belts and systems.
After gaining valuable experience with multi-national conveyor belt companies, Ben’s vision was to create a company that prioritises honesty, reliability and independence above all else.
In 2012, Conveyor Diagnostics International was formed.
Ben is proud to have a team of technicians who have over 30 years of industry-specific expertise, with an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements and approaches needed in the different countries and regions in which we operate.
We take pride in offering our customers an impartial approach, distinguishing us from competitors aligned with specific brands and equipment.

While our primary workshop is based in Queensland and houses our Mackay conveyor equipment and software, our operations are truly global.
